“White Cloud” Nigori Junmai 14% Alc

Crafted by lightly filtering the fermented moromi (mash) a number of times to leave behind just enough lees in the sake to maintain its original white colour and slight sweetness. Produced in small batches, our Nigori is fresh yet silky smooth, and goes particularly well with spicier and sweeter dishes and snacks. Likes to be stored and enjoyed cool.

醪(もろみ)を完全に搾らずに、澱(おり)を残したまま瓶詰したものです。澱によるかすかな刺激とまろやかな口当たりをお楽しみいただけます。軽く混ぜてからお飲みください。スパイシーな料理と良く合います。
