Our first SSA Introductory Sake Professional course for 2026 went down yesterday and it was amazing! We were honoured to have some of the team from @roki.queenstown join us. The course covered everything from sake history & culture to production, and of course, plenty of sake tasting (hot and cold!). A huge thanks to @kappaqueenstown for the delicious Japanese lunch. Five more Kiwis are now certified sake pros!
