Refunds and Returns
Sake received damaged upon delivery will be replaced at no extra cost to you or fully refunded. If a sake is faulty and the customer is not happy with the sake which has been purchased we ask to be contacted immediately.
Sake is packaged in branded cardboard boxes that contain 1, 2 or 3 bottles with cardboard inserts between bottles. The price of this is included in the postage fee that appears on the shopping page. Larger orders are in regular square cases.
We encourage you to contact us by email regarding international delivery as each market has its own peculiarities.
Orders may be cancelled by us due to availability, in which case a full refund would be apply. A transaction may be cancelled by the customer at any stage before the despatch of the wine. A full refund will apply in such cases.

NZ law has strict policies about the supply of alcohol. It is illegal to buy sake from us if you are under the age of 18. It is also illegal for you to falsify your details to buy sake if you under the age of 18.
All pricing is in NZ $, include GST and local taxes. All purchases are subject to the laws of New Zealand.
Terms & Conditions
Minimum order is one bottle, either 375ml or 750ml. Orders are couriered from Queenstown and can take 2-6 days to arrive within NZ. We are unable to guarantee the exact date and time of delivery, but we can give you the tracking number should you ask for one, via email.
