We are humbled to now announce the ZENKURO AIR PRESS. Developed with help from our friends at Queenstown Engineering, this press was created with the aim of enhancing our production while remaining true to the delicate nature of the saké we craft. It is our way of bridging our New Zealand home with the timeless techniques we hold so dear.
We are proud to carry our commitment to quality into this second decade, and we look forward to continuing our saké journey with you.
