Having achieved medals in Hong Kong, Bordeaux and Singapore alongside some of Japan's most respected sake labels, Aoraki's excellence speaks for itself as a Super Premium Grade sake. Space Dragon is a totally unique hybrid sake, having been aged in a Taka K Wines Pinot Noir barrel to give it a beautiful sakura pink hue, with subdued hints of tannin and mature French oak complementing its classic Junmai Ginjo character.
